Order & Shipping

  • Once your order has been placed, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and email you again to Confirm dispatch and therefore acceptance of the order.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. Your order request will only be accepted once you have confirmed your order on the email/ mobile.
  • Dispatch of all the product(s) ordered, may or may not happen at the same time.
  • The product(s) will be inspected and packaged prior to handing them over to our trusted delivery partners.
  • Our delivery partners will bring the package to you as early as possible. In case, they are unable to reach the provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
  • We dispatch most orders within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • There are no shipping charges for the orders equal and above the billing value of INR 600. However, if your order is less than INR 600, there will be a shipping charge of INR 50.
  • Panchamrit does not ship outside India as of now.

Estimated delivery time of 5 to 8 days from order confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your order can only be cancelled if it is yet to be shipped. To cancel, please write to our customer support team on contactus@panchamrit.co.in

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the refund shall be processed by us within 7 business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.

Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

REFUND POLICY

The Company will not accept any returns nor initiate any refunds on purchase of the product unless:

Returns will only be accepted for products that have been damaged in transit or products that have physical defects or in case of incorrect product been shipped. An email with photos of the damaged/incorrect product should be sent within the stipulated time for us to accept the request. Should we add the WhatsApp bot

Should you wish to return all or part of your order, you need to inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the products by writing to us on contactus@panchamrit.co.in

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used and/or the seal has been broken for the product and/or the serial number has been tampered with. On receipt of the returned product, Panchmrit will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim.

Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the product is found to be ineligible for return, the product will be couriered back to you.

If you made an online payment, we will refund the amount back in the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 7 working days of receiving the request from you.

For COD orders, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 7 working days of requesting a refund.

INSURANCE

The Company shall provide only transit insurance which shall be valid up to the time of acceptance of delivery of the products only.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND RETURNS

Panchamrit is working with high-speed logistics to provide the smoothest service we can. Due to unseen circumstances, there can be issues that delay the process of shipping which can cause an indefinite delay. Our customer management team will contact you on this basis providing updates.

The Company shall provide free delivery/shipping on all products except in cases where shipments are to be made to remote areas/ not provided on the Website.
